Ever since I was little, I was always interested in the arts and in the functionality of things. I was very curious and always wanted to know how things worked; I think that's where my engineer side comes from. My love of design and engineering has helped me to mold myself into the product designer that I am today.

Along with my desire to solve problems, simplifying the way users interact with products or services is what excites me. Great user experiences are rated by the ease of use, accessibility, credibility, and the discoverability of the product, all things I strive to deliver when managing projects.

Additionally, I pride myself on being a hybrid of designer and coder. My inner engineer always finds the best UX solutions. I’ve had first-hand experience researching how people think and behave, and this allows me to truly understand the nature of how users interact with a product. I believe these complementary skill sets work well together to deliver essential value to any product.

In my spare time, I create content for my Instagram account, where I teach young designers about UX, visual design, and coding. I also enjoy music, camping, movies, and playing with my children.
